Our artists draw your pet from the photo you upload, then email you the artwork to approve. Ask for changes as many times as you need, free. Nothing prints until you say so. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the artwork, and reply to the approval email within 72 hours so your order keeps moving.

Shipping and returns

Free shipping within the US. Custom items are printed after approval, then take 2 to 4 business days to produce and 3 to 5 business days to arrive in the US (7 to 21 days internationally). Because every piece is made for you, we do not accept returns, but we will make the artwork right before it prints.
